Want to join Intelligent Clean Steel Pro team? Intelligent Clean is expanding, and we’re seeking safety-focused professionals to help serve our growing client base across Greater Orlando. Our certified team keeps over 500 commercial kitchens compliant with fire safety standards each year.

Room to Grow

Follow our proven 24-month career progression path: Start as a Junior Technician ($18/hr), advance to Lead Technician ($22/hr) after 6 months, then to Team Leader ($25/hr) within 18 months. Top performers can become Area Supervisors ($55K/year) or join our training team. Several of our current supervisors, including Mike and Carlos, started as entry-level technicians just 3 years ago.

Full Training

Complete our comprehensive 3-week paid training program ($16/hr during training) covering NFPA 96 standards, IKECA certification prep, and hands-on equipment training. Master our specialized pressure washing systems, containment tools, and safety equipment. Receive bi-monthly safety certifications and quarterly technical workshops with industry experts from IKECA.

Great Benefits

Beyond our competitive base pay ($18-25/hr), earn quarterly safety bonuses ($500-1000), efficiency incentives (up to $200/month), and overtime at 1.5x pay. Benefits include health insurance, 1-week paid vacation, 6 paid holidays.

Steady Work

Work a consistent 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (Mon-Thu or Wed-Sat), with guaranteed 40 hours weekly. Most teams start at 10 PM and finish by 8 AM. Take on optional weekend shifts at premium rates (+$3/hr). We service over 40 regular commercial clients including major restaurants, hotels, and food processing facilities throughout Central Florida.
